By operating in a differentiated service model, HRBPs bring tailored solutions that directly support the business’s needs, whether in managing talent, organizational change, or workforce optimization. Focus areas of this line of service include performance management, workforce planning, talent review, HRIS system optimization, and HR data analytics.

  • The HR Workforce Services Manager is responsible for leading and managing one of the centers of expertise within our HR function. This role will have oversight in the specialized areas in specific HR domains such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Employee Wellness, Employee Engagement, Employee Recognition Programs, Labor Relations (collective bargaining) and Onboarding.
