Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and office support to the Human Resources team
  • Coordinate activity for new employee set-up and onboarding processes, including interaction and partnership with other departments
  • Prepare internal memos, communications, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. Quality check and update documents against company standards.
  • Maintain and update employee personnel and medical files. Coordinate the records retention process for the department.
  • Liaison for departmental vendor relationships. Responsible for evaluating supply cost and reviewing vendor invoices for accuracy.
  • Coordinate events supported by the Human Resources department which may include making necessary travel arrangements and lunches
  • Provide administrative support to other departments for new initiatives, as appropriate and needed
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships on behalf of the department with both internal and external clients
