What are the primary responsibilities of the Human Resources Assistant?
The Human Resources Assistant will provide general administrative support, coordinate employee onboarding processes, prepare internal communications, maintain personnel files, liaise with vendors, coordinate HR events, and support other departments with new initiatives.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources or Administrative Assistant role.
Is proficiency in MS Office necessary for this role?
Yes, proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel and MS Word, is required for this position.
Are there any preferred qualifications for this position?
Familiarity with an HRMS/HRIS system is preferred but not required.
