Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with senior management as a strategic advisor helping identify and prioritize HR initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Become a strategic partner being heavily involved with work force planning, succession planning, data analysis, investigations, employee relations, employee insights, among other core HR activities.
  • Collaborate heavily with the Talent Development Management and Learning and Development teams to lead professional and leadership development, advising on organizational restructuring, develop learning and development content, etc.
  • Aligning HR policies and programs for their business unit or region which promote employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Acting as a trusted coach providing guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits, etc.
  • Navigate Workday at a comfortable level to provide business insights.
  • Analyzing HR metrics and data (via the Workday system) to identify trends and opportunities and develop a story to provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.
