Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment efforts by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates to ensure an optimal and organized experience.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting new employee orientations, and coordinating exit procedures.
  • Oversee background checks, drug screenings, and I-9 record management.
  • Serve as a resource for employees, addressing questions and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Assist employees in the optimal use and understanding of their benefits.
  • Organize HR-related events, including training, engagement activities, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting requirements (OFCCP, EEO/AAP, etc.) and maintain up-to-date employee policies.
  • Manage and maintain personnel records, job descriptions, and employee acknowledgments.
  • Assist in interpreting HR policies, recommending improvements, and contributing to department initiatives.
  • Support HR-focused projects, including policy updates and program enhancements.
  • Assist with HR initiatives like benefit open enrollment, onboarding, and employee communications.
  • Coordinate employee leave requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation, reporting, and data management.
  • Receive and track employee acknowledgements for receipt of various policies and notices (i.e., Corp-Wide Business Policies).
  • Support internal events and initiatives, such as internal company gatherings, by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring a smooth employee experience.
  • Foster a positive and engaging office environment by being a consistent, approachable presence in the workplace through daily interactions and support.
  • Offer backup support for front desk duties, mail / shipment and catering orders as needed.
