Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Address associate relations issue including mediating disputes, investigation of complaints, and support a positive work environment, modeling the company’s core values.
  • Drive HR compliance and administrative expertise for the DC HR team.
  • Serve as local subject matter expert for LOA, workplace accommodations and the attendance program.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for HR DC users on all HR systems and provide training to HR DC team.
  • Manage and coordinate the onboarding/orientation program.
  • Support recognition & engagement programs and drive a positive work environment.
  • Support cyclical HR processes including performance appraisal processes, engagement survey, talent calibration, peak staffing initiative and incentive programs, etc.
  • Support HR DC training manager to coordinate delivery of training and associate information.
  • Regularly represent Burlington at unemployment hearings related to time and attendance and others when necessary.
  • Manage the creation and delivery of reports for management to ensure the goals of the team and organization are met.
  • Manage termination administration; this includes the process of termination, final pay requests, PTO research, etc.
  • Support the HR Coordinator in all aspects of the day-to-day associate needs.
