  • Drive Strategic Change: Co-lead the F&HC Research and Development recruiting efforts, focusing on all levels of talent, including BTAs, Researchers, and Scientists.
  • Strengthen Intern Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust intern pipeline, successfully filling projected full-time and intern roles.
  • Full-Time Hires: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners to attract and secure the best talent for our team.
