What is the main purpose of the ICT Analyst, Service and Identity Management position?
The main purpose of this position is to contribute to the implementation of UNV's Digital Strategy, focusing on areas such as Digital Workspace, Cloud migration, Cyber-security, and Service management.
Who will the ICT Analyst report to?
The ICT Analyst will work under the direct supervision of the ICT Infrastructure Team Lead.
What qualifications are needed for this position?
Candidates are required to have an advanced university degree (Master's) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or a Bachelor's degree combined with two years of relevant experience.
What kind of experience is preferred for this role?
Experience in Hybrid Cloud operations, IT infrastructure, system/network administration, and identity management is preferred, along with familiarity with Azure, VMware, Cisco LAN/WAN technologies, and ITIL certification.
Is certification beneficial for this position?
Yes, ITIL and Cisco certifications are required, and additional certifications in Azure, security, and identity management are considered desirable.
What type of tasks will I be responsible for in this role?
Responsibilities include supporting the migration to Microsoft 365 E5, implementing Microsoft Viva Suite, managing user identities, monitoring Office 365 licenses, and ensuring ICT security and disaster recovery plans are in place.
What is the work environment like?
The work environment is collaborative, focusing on the efficient functioning of the ICT Infrastructure team as part of the broader goals of the UNV program.
What languages are required for this position?
Fluency in English at a working level is required.
