The main focus of the In Vitro Associate Technical Specialist position is to perform in vitro assays related to the Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion (ADME) properties of potential new therapies within the Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetic (DMPK) team.

Key responsibilities include performing assays to determine kinetic solubility, metabolic stability, and permeability of novel compounds using robotic liquid handlers, using mass spectrometers for compound detection, conducting routine instrument validation and maintenance, and participating in laboratory housekeeping duties.
