  • Perform OB calls to customers to develop and acquire new business (it is in addition to call back for support tasks)
  • Login all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time
  • Give feedback on sales activity Skills for the Specialist
  • Identify right contacts at customers
  • Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline
