  • Utilize advanced data analytics to generate insights on the innovation portfolio that drive strategic decision-making and innovation development.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor portfolio performance (pipeline value by brand/market, project size, project type), track performance against established KPIs and market trends.

  • Apply predictive analytics to forecast market needs and guide portfolio strategy.

  • Develop and manage the product portfolio strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Orchestrate a balanced innovation portfolio, balancing top-line and bottom-line financial goals, short-term and long-term growth objectives, business protection needs, and scientific breakthrough/whitespace opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product development initiatives, allocate resources and manage the product lifecycle.
