Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop the commercial and insight generation capabilities of the insight team, leading the insight team in the delivery of added value, actionable insight & analysis
  • To own the direction and results for client reviews
  • To carry out individual performance appraisals of the insight team and implement personal development plans
  • Through the understanding of the market context, client strategy and field team objectives, this role is to highlight and communicate business opportunity to influence incremental sales
  • Lead the statistical analysis including forecasting, regression modelling, correlation analysis and return on investment (ROI)
  • Lead the development and quality of complex multi-data reporting ensuring that it is presented in an intuitive, impactful and user friendly format
  • Responsible for projecting the impact of the field team operation and for measuring the actual impact of the field operation
  • Responsible for building & maintaining insight specific contact strategy with relevant people within the clients’ business
  • To attend regular reviews and business development meetings with the client and clients’ contacts
  • To develop an effective two-way discussion to ensure full understanding and a space to share ideas and information
