  • Previous experience in customer facing education role focussing on the design and development of e-learning. We are looking for a candidate who possesses expert-level skills in the Articulate 360 suite of Authoring Tools, particularly in Storyline (which is essential).   • Convert provided scripts and technical documentation into engaging learning materials (create courses)
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Learning Architects to develop industry leading digital solutions such as eLearning Modules, System Simulations, Assessments, and Videos
  • Update our existing library of Digital Content to align with new product features, branding, and organisational changes
  • Develop high-quality supplementary resources such as Job Aids and Training Guides
  • Publish and deploy content to our Academy (Skilljar LMS)
  • Review and provide feedback on the content created by your colleagues in the Customer Education Team
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with internal stakeholders
