Responsibilities

  • Driving the RMS VP's communication needs, formulating and implementing the VP´s internal communication strategy (strategic communications to the teams, internal announcements, social media, Live session messaging).
  • Support the VP in effectively communicating his vision, goals, and messages to internal stakeholders, ultimately contributing to the organization's success and reputation.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans for RMS teams, outlining the objectives, target audiences, messaging, channels, and timelines for key initiatives, announcements, and events. This includes coordinating with TU internal communications team and other relevant teams within the organization.
  • Develop close working relationships with RMS´s senior leaders to address their specific communication needs effectively, ultimately providing recommendations to enrich communication techniques and skills.
  • Collaborate with RMS leaders and teams to define and articulate key messages that align with the RMS's strategic objectives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies and initiatives using data and analytics to assess the impact of communication efforts and adjusting as needed.
  • Working closely with TU internal communications teams, TCO, business lines and regions to develop and implement the planning, coordination, and execution of the internal communications strategy: plans, messaging frameworks, timelines.
  • Develop and implement channel strategies to raise awareness on RMS business and success stories, teams’ best practices, management updates, internal events, emails, intranet, live sessions, presentations, etc.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with TU internal communications and Corporate Communications to coordinate internal storylines and publication processes as well as speaker opportunities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that support Transformation initiatives, organizational change and P&C initiatives. Create and execute plans to outline objectives, key messages, timelines, and channels for these initiatives.
  • This specific area often requires managing confidential content as well as guiding top leadership to actively participate in communication efforts to explain rationale and modeling the expected behaviors.
