Responsibilities

  • Lead and define the editorial strategy for the internal audiences across Europe & North Africa, respecting the integrated communications’ approach, increasing knowledge and awareness for the regional business strategy
  • Act as a relay to support all specialist departments in their internal messaging and formats
  • Support on Change Communications
  • Set up, implement, and manage our internal communication tools and formats for Accor Heartists® across Europe & North Africa (e.g. newsletters, virtual townhalls)
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of internal communications targeting both headquarter teams and hotels.
  • Support internal crisis communications and prepare presentations, speeches, and talking points as needed.
  • Partner with the Employer Branding-, Social Media-, Partner Communications-, Events-, and Media Relations-teams for 360° communications campaigns
