Responsibilities

  • Able to oversee the operation of a portfolio of SPVs by external administrators, ensuring consistently high levels of quality
  • Acts as first point of contact for investment teams, auditors and external administrators for investment structures under his/her responsibility.
  • Coordinates SPV processes with internal stakeholders and external administrators to ensure that all operational, regulatory and/or tax filings on a global basis have been completed and submitted by their respective deadlines.
  • Knowledge and credibility, where applicable, to hold board seats of SPVs.
  • Portfolio/High level review of Net Asset Value packages prepared by external service providers
  • Coordinates year-end audit process with service providers, including preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with local GAAP / IFRS.
  • Engages in Business Unit-wide process improvement initiatives.
  • Inputs data entries into PG systems.
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of best practices for the Investment Structure Services team, ensuring and improving the quality of ongoing operations.
  • Keeps procedures and education material up to date.
