What we expect


We are on the lookout for a talented individual with a degree or professional qualification and 4-6 years of experience in the middle/back office of an investment bank, asset manager, or financial institution. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and possess an efficient, detail-oriented approach to their work. Additionally, a clear and effective communication style, coupled with a flexible and team-oriented mindset, will be vital for success in this role. Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma practices will be an advantage, showcasing your commitment to process excellence and continuous improvement.
