  • Support the Programs & Project and Solution & Adoption division staff in the creation of SoWs by actively writing / adjusting the content of an Sow based on ‘intake sessions’ with the stakeholders.
  • Support the Programs & Project and Solution & Adoption division staff in the creation of SoWs by actively correcting/optimizing the draft provided by the vendor.
  • Ensuring the SoW’s that go to the Contract Management and Procurement teams for review are of increasing quality, incorporating earlier feedback in new SoWs.
  • Lighten the workload for the creation of SoWs for the various ACOs in the Program & Projects and Solution & Adoption teams.
  • Ensure a smooth, effective and quick approval process.
  • For larger SOWs, support the ACOs in the alignment required of the wider Canon IT ecosystem.
