  Vos missions :   Analyser les risques, pénalités et les opportunités pour l’entreprise dans le respect de la stratégie, de la politique commerciale et du code des Marchés Publics.
  Créer et mettre à jour la base de données Marchés Publics (moyens techniques, déploiement, produits, etc.) ainsi que les données pour le suivi de l’augmentation des Marchés dans le respect des conditions du CCAP (cahier des clauses administratives particulières).
  Elabore la cotation auprès du pricing desk et la réponse financière à l’Appel d’Offre en accord avec la hiérarchie.
  Respecte les exigences du système de management de la politique environnementale qui lui sont applicables, et contribue à leur mise en œuvre efficace pour l’atteinte des objectifs de son domaine. Il comprend l’importance de son rôle dans l’atteinte des objectifs environnementaux.

Vos principales responsabilités exercées :   Responsable de la réponse du dossier Appel d’offre (qualité, délais, etc.) Détermine l’orientation de l’offre et le choix des solutions (matériels, logiciels, services). Rend compte à la Direction des Marchés Publics de ses actions pour optimiser les performances du  service. Contribue à la réalisation des objectifs de l’équipe Appels d’Offres (Chiffre d’Affaires, Marge Brute  et Quantités).

 <li>Processing GRR, daily meeting with the Country manager for daily report, follow up and updating all the reports for AE, arranging the delivery process with the Account Managers and the Customer</li>
 <li>Managing the daily orders, and order processing, coordinating with demand planner on stock availability and business operation on order delivery, proforma invoices, daily report including the MTD, and pending for Dubai and Abu Dhabi team.</li>
 <li>To manage administrative activities that falls outside of the routine processes.</li>
 <li>To ensure that orders are being generated and issued by the relevant salespeople with at most data accuracy.</li>
 <li>To ensure that each customer/channel partner receives exemplary customer service and act as an in house back up for the sales team</li>
 <li>To support the Account Managers to achieve the targets set by the company on specific accounts/channel partners</li>
 <li>Provide telephone support to channel partners and Account Managers when on the road</li>
 <li>To work as an effective team player and assist the account managers as and when requested, particularly with major deals</li>
 <li>Filing to be done on a daily basis and ensure that documents can be easily and readily located</li>
 <li>Update the sales database as required and provide the sales manager with required reports</li>
