Responsibilities

  • You work closely with our external IT service providers to solve daily challenges in the administration, optimization and support of the existing system environment.
  • You provide strategic support and advice to management on the design of policies, company standards and the negotiation of contracts for support and IT purchases with vendors and service providers.
  • You develop and document IT operating concepts for the network environment and all entrusted applications.
  • You work with other departments and external parties to determine technology requirements and develop software solutions or optimize technology and systems.
  • You ensure that the technical requirements for compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards relating to data protection and IT security are met.
