Responsibilities

  • Responsible and accountable to provide finance analytics, reporting and issue resolution for GBS supporting Accounts Receivables.
  • Direct interaction with customers – collection of overdue payments
  • Investigate and resolve any reconciling discrepancies on Customer accounts.
  • Customer site visits when required - for document submissions or dispute resolutions
  • Providing Instructions on clearings for Cash Application department
  • Verification of clearings and account reconciliation
  • Attending meetings concerning situation of specific customers (concerning finance, commercial, treasury)
  • Responding timely to inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Support month end closing activities on accurate and timely basis
  • Prepare various Accounts Receivables standard and Metrics reports on a timely basis
  • Prepare monthly calculations of Bad debt for various business units and provide analysis
  • Prepare and analyze monthly metrics and SLAs for Accounts Receivables, perform root cause analysis to remediate any process delivery issues
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and provide analysis to management
  • Support internal and external audits and provide documentation as required
  • Proactive resolution of issues and concerns
