Responsibilities

  • Du verantwortest als (Junior) Account Manager:in den Vertrieb von Standardprodukten, Kataloglösungen und Add-ons an Geschäftskund:innen im Bestand sowie an neue Kund:innen (Akquisition); anfangs als Unterstützung der (Senior) Account Manager:innen, später in einem fest zugewiesenen Vertriebsgebiet.
  • Du stellst eine hohe Präsenz, eine effektive Betreuung und Bindung an Vodafone im jeweiligen Gebiet sicher.
  • Du analysierst das Vertriebsgebiet und qualifizierst Kunden-Kontakte.
  • Du analysierst und akquirierst das Neukunden-Potential und schöpfst das vorhandene Kunden-Potential aus.
  • Du reduzierst die Churnrate und führst Bedarfsanalysen bei den Kund:innen unter Berücksichtigung der Wettbewerbsbedingungen (Preisanalysen, Komplementärbedarf) durch.
  • Du bist für die Durchführung von Terminvereinbarungen, Vertriebsbesuchen, Angebotserstellungen, Nachverfolgungen, Vertragsabschlüssen sowie für die Auswertung über den Erfolg oder Misserfolg zuständig.
