Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day SAP user support by using service ticket system.
  • Know-how of Magna practice.
  • Time tracking and documentation according to Magna Global IT standards
  • Be familiar with processes/functionalities set for different groups/divisions/plants of Magna APAC.
  • Work with template team of EU, SAP AMS EU/NA for globally support.
  • Implement solutions using SAP configuration, master data setup and support roll-out projects.
  • Assist in the coordination and collaboration of external consultants (Customer & Suppliers) as well as internal team members.
  • Identify feasible solutions within SAP framework and estimate effort needed to meet those business requirements.
  • Design practical, creative, conceptual technical solutions for business requirements balancing appropriate technology, cost and implementation timeline.
  • Effectively uses teamwork to positively contribute to a high morale/high-performance team culture, consulting attitude and strong personal integrity.
  • Create a positive work environment by demonstrating and sharing functional/technical knowledge.
  • Ensures billing on time of projects and changes.
  • Work closely with other solution teams MES/B2B for system integration projects
