Responsibilities

  • You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload which will give you exposure to all aspects of conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, registration and closure of the file.
  • Additional support is provided by our specialised teams in title checking and post-completion, to assist with your workload & provide assistance when needed.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is key as you will be taking instructions, communicating with clients and 3rd parties, drafting legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Exchange and Completion letters.
  • Carry out Pre-completion, Land Registry and Conveyancing searches to ensure the file is ready for exchange and completion.
  • Carry out Post Completion work including preparing and sending applications to the Land Registry, Stamp Duty Land Tax submissions, file closures and checking account ledgers.
