Responsibilities

  • You'll be primarily focused on supporting the Data Privacy Manager, however, the intention is that you will also be able to support the Head of Data Governance for the equivalent of 1 day per week.
  • The team are the first point of contact across the business for data protection queries and data management/governance related questions.
  • The team has recently expanded due to implementation of a data governance system and governance changes across the business which requires data protection review, risk rating and sign off on all changes involving the use of personal data.
  • This is in addition to business-as-usual activity such as due diligence for new and existing suppliers, assisting in data protection matters that arise in customer services and adhering to data protection requirements such as DPIA review and maintenance, RoPA guidance and maintenance and training of data protection responsibilities across the business.
