Responsibilities

  • Front of House Support: managing phone calls, meeting and greeting clients, distribution of post, arranging couriers;
  • Booking travel: including adding travel itineraries to diaries, co-ordinating visa applications and ensuring Covid and Brexit requirements are adhered to;
  • Expense Management: preparing and submitting cash and credit card expenses for the Dublin team;
  • Diary management: Supporting the Executive Assistant with diary management for the Associate Director and Director in Dublin;
  • Contacts Management: updating and maintaining our Frontier database;
  • Business Development: support the Pitches & Proposals team and the Executive Assistant by assisting in the preparation of client proposals and the supporting documentation required;
  • Working with other Business Management Teams: to support Finance with invoicing clients;
  • Working and collaborating with the wider Practice Co-ordination Team: working collaboratively, flexibly and openly, supporting each other as our capacity allows. Being helpful and responsive to the needs of colleagues and clients, taking ownership of tasks and getting things done.
