Where will the work primarily take place?
The work will primarily take place in a hybrid format at our downtown Toronto and/or client office, requiring attendance a minimum of 3 days per week.

You will manage the environmental donations mailbox, screen applications, conduct due diligence, support the grant management process, assist with portfolio analysis, organize shared drives, and support community activations and disclosures.
What skills are required to be successful in this role?
Required skills include strong organizational skills, attention to detail, program administration experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and experience with databases.
Is experience in the non-profit sector preferred for this role?
Yes, a background in environment/sustainability/ESG and/or experience in the not-for-profit or philanthropic sector is nice to have.
Is bilingualism important for this position?
While it is not a requirement, working proficiency in French is considered a "nice to have."
