The department has a new staff facility for changing, access to a shower, a staff room, an education room, and a wellbeing retreat for all staff.
Is this position focused solely on pediatric emergencies?
While the role focuses on the Paediatric Emergency Department, you may also be asked to support your colleagues in the main department when appropriate.
What is the workflow in the Paediatric Emergency Department?
You will be responsible for leading the team, coordinating the flow of the Paediatric Emergency Department, SDEC pathways, and managing Paediatric standbys in Resus.
