  • They foster selected customers’ demand to achieve growth objectives, by supporting account managers and helping prioritize solution development. This requires a very close and direct relationship with selected accounts.
  • They gather and analyze data to help the sales team understand customer requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape to improve the sales pitch, as well as to develop a roadmap for nominated clients.
