Responsibilities

  • In this role you will be responsible for all commercial, customer related activities in your region (Geneva, Lausanne, Vaud, Valais), including promotional brand activities, product related physician and healthcare professional education and regional partner relationship management.
  • You will coordinate the activities with and for the key customers of the region within and across a cross-functional team, integrating input from Marketing, Medical, Market Access and Sales Force Leadership.
  • We are looking for candidates who live and breathe customer service and patient orientation and are able to orchestrate their activities across multiple channels based on customer preference and business needs.
  • You are a doer and leverage deep customer and patient insights to ensure our patient centric approach.
  • You are able to integrate business insights and numbers from excel sheets together with your intuition and customer knowledge into winning strategies and tactics.
