Requirements

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, alternativ kannst du eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung inkl. Weiterbildungen vorweisen
Zudem hast du bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Angebots- und Abwicklungsphase von Produkten, Systemen oder Projekten gesammelt.
Außerdem hast du eine Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
Darüber hinaus hast du Kenntnisse bzgl. Deutschen Vertragsrecht (BGB, HBG, VOL/B) und hast bereits Erfahrungen in der Kommentierung von Vertragstexten
Du hast sichere Kenntnisse im Wertefluss, der Ergebnisrechnung und den Asset-Kennzahlen und -Auswirkungen
Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrungen zur (steuerlichen) Abwicklung von Lieferungen ins Ausland mit (inkl. auch PATAC Prozess, ECC)
Du bist versiert im Umgang mit MS Office und haben SAP- Erfahrung
Darüber hinaus punktest du mit deiner zuverlässigen, eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise, einer starken Ergebnisorientierung, einer zukunftsorientierten, innovativen Denkweise sowie mit einer engen kooperativen Zusammenarbeit in crossfunktionalen Teams

Responsibilities

In deiner neuen Rolle vertrittst du die kaufmännischen Interessen in der Angebots- und Akquisitionsphase (inkl. LoA) sowie der Abwicklungsphase (intern & extern) Country Business eMobility in der Region Deutschland. Dies beinhaltet auch die Teilnahme an Auftragsverhandlungen, Vertragsprüfungen und die kaufmännische Abwicklung im System- & Projektgeschäft.
Du übernimmst die kaufmännische Steuerung und Abwicklung komplexer Aufträge und Projekte in der Angebots-/Akquisitionsphase (inkl. LoA) und Abwicklungsphase (intern & extern)
Zudem nimmst du an Auftragsverhandlungen teil
Des Weiteren wickelst du Aufträge des Produkt-, System- und Anlagengeschäftes kaufmännisch ab und trägst die gemeinsame Auftragsverantwortung mit dem Projektmanagement sowie dem Innendienst
Du verantwortest dabei die Wirtschaftlichkeitsüberwachung des Projektes, führst die Mit- und Nachkalkulation durch und bist verantwortlich für die Chancen- und Risikobewertung des Projektes
Du nimmst Vertragsprüfungen, einschließlich der Ausarbeitung von Alternativen vor und stimmst diese mit Legal ab
Ebenso nimmst du an Compliance / ICFR / IKS Prüfungen teil und verantwortest die Ordnungsgemäße Durchführung in der Vertriebseinheit
Du bist für das Forderungs-/Assetmanagement für deinen Verantwortungsbereich verantwortlich.
