Responsibilities

  • Responsible to collect and posting Purchase invoice from receiving team.
  • Check and monitor pending PO’S in the system.
  • Communicate with Procurement and Finance team for system and invoice issue.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the Production Operation.
  • Final sign off by production controller before sending to A/P.
  • Quarterly Equipment Calibration
  • Schedule production with facilities based on input from Production Manager.
  • Files daily and/or weekly reports of purchases on a timely and accurate basis.
  • Prepares invoices for shipments of finished goods and complies and files necessary documents.
  • Establishes professional and harmonious working relations and coordinates all general production operations activities co-workers, employees, etc.
  • Creates and maintains organized audit filing system.
  • Develops and maintains a Procedures Manual for all tasks performed.
  • Ensures safety and accuracy of all inventory reports, production reports, shipping and receiving reports, receivable documents, and other related production operations requirements.
  • Ensures all necessary documents are allocate in all production area as HACCP and operation required.
