Responsibilities

  • Unsere Kunden stehen für dich im Mittelpunkt, in serviceorientierten Verkaufs- und Beratungsgesprächen führst du Hörtests durch und bietest individuelle Lösungen an
  • Du setzt unsere Verkaufsroutinen exzellent um und sorgst mit optimalen Prozessen im Fachgeschäft für ein einzigartiges Kundenerlebnis
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden laufend bei der Pflege ihrer Hörsysteme, berätst zu Zubehörartikeln und baust dadurch langjährige Kundenbeziehungen auf
  • Du nutzt unsere Bestandskundendaten für die telefonische Ansprache unserer Kunden und organisierst lokale Marketingaktionen (z.B. Markttage und Gesundheitsmessen)
  • Als Datenjongleur arbeitest du sorgfältig und hältst alle Kundeninformationen auf dem neusten Stand
