Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders including sales teams, operations teams, and risk management team to understand client needs and expectations, to ensure the timely execution of transactions, and deliver solutions.
  • Development, implementation and assessment of strategies to optimise customer satisfaction and loyalty to the bank by analysing customer experiences and feedback.
  • Collaboration across functional projects and initiatives to support and advise the broader business operations team on processes and procedures.
  • Support teams within the business operations function to enhance the customer experience and align with risk management and compliance procedures.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to customer experience.
  • Execution of escalation requests to the relevant team or senior management as required in a timely manner.
  • Management and maintenance of customer records and documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Consult on complex issues; providing advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues.
  • Identify ways to mitigate risk and developing new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda.
  • Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done.
  • Perform work that is closely related to that of other areas, which requires understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organisation sub-function.
  • Collaborate with other areas of work, for business aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategy.
