Responsibilities

  • Understand project requirements by reviewing agencies' guidelines and client specifications.
  • Assist with preparation and review of project layouts, planting and irrigation plans, and complete plan sets.
  • Review construction documents and cost estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate closely with field staff and contractors to resolve construction issues.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of bond issues and inspections with reviewing agencies.
  • Support team in project execution and technical skills development.
  • Monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to support client needs, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
