What is the work schedule for the LAS ST1-2 position?
The position is for a 0.50 WTE with a 1 in 10 on-call rota.
What kind of clinics and responsibilities will the candidate have?
The candidate will be involved in a mixture of antenatal clinics, gynaecology clinics, obstetrics & gynaecology theatres, and on-call commitments.
Is prior experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology necessary?
Undergraduate experience of Obstetrics & Gynaecology is preferable.
Who does the junior staff report to?
The junior staff are directly responsible to the Consultants for whom they work.
Will the candidate be involved in patient care?
Yes, the candidate is expected to provide support in all aspects of the Obstetrics & Gynaecology service by maintaining continuity of patient care.
