Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct professional management system audits & trainings in accordance with SGS procedures to enable delivery of assessment and certification services that meet customer requirements and appropriate accreditation standard.
  • Carry out the Audit in compliance of requirements set in procedures, instructions, and other necessary documentations.
  • Ensure that audit dates and duration of audit have been agreed with the client and that audits are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Develop customized trainings in order to cater the client requirement on need basis.
  • Prepare Audit report in line with GSP and GPP requirements, including classification of all/any non-conformities and submit it to the technical coordinator for review process.
  • Follow-up of non-conformities, or re-audit where necessary, to ensure that they are closed out in line with procedural requirements, using appropriate, competent audit team members where necessary.
  • Ensure completion of all assigned work and relevant documentation in accordance with required procedures and standards to fulfil customer’s expectations.
  • Conducting New scheme audits – ISO 30408, ISO 44001 etc. as per qualification / as applicable
  • Conducting Non-accredited standards like 10002, 10004, 41001 etc. as per qualification / as applicable.
  • Conducting 2nd party audits based customized checklist / agreed criteria etc.
  • Adhere to relevant internal standards, procedures and protocols (e.g. QHSE, Integrity, Sustainability, Professional Conduct etc.)
