Responsibilities

  • Develop and propose Marketing data and technology solutions based on client needs, modern data architecture best practices, and roadmap/desired target state of the CBForce ecosystem (Salesforce Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud), Customer360 and Enterprise Data Ecosystem at Cox.
  • Provide input to the strategic direction of technology investments to assist in the development of the enterprise architecture and maximize the return on technology investment.
  • Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions, and report on delivery commitments to ensure solutions are implemented as expected and to agreed timeframes.
  • Represent the needs & perspectives of Marketing in the design and architecture of an integrated and strategic cross-application logical data framework for operational and analytical data needs that align to Enterprise standards.
  • Create solution prototypes including hands-on coding and configuration.
  • Partner with Technology in leading technology selection processes.
  • Define features, phases, and solution requirements in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Liaise with client stakeholders and solution development teams on an ongoing basis.
