  • Serves as subject matter authority and consults on all aspects of sales compensation.
  • Performs complex analysis to ensure efficacy and appropriateness of incentive compensation programs.
  • Creates tools to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency of variable compensation projects.
  • Leads complex compensation projects that involve high analytical skills.
  • Analyzes business data to understand potential sales plan metrics and models sales compensation plan scenarios.
  • Partners with divisional business and HR leaders to develop action plans and to create communication plans for the launch of new compensation plans.
