Responsibilities

  • Understand and build lean data connections, make data available for key stakeholders
  • Build, test, deploy and monitor new automations that enable smarter, efficient and more effective marketing processes
  • Challenge existing automations and come up with creative improvements for them
  • Review, test, and deliver changes to our production systems, and monitor the technical impact of it for the end-user. You monitor our systems, address arising issues to relevant internal stakeholders and take the lead in finding scalable, robust solutions
  • Explore the business processes together with stakeholders, propose automation solutions, estimate the impact and benefits of implementing them for the business
  • Be responsible for the marketing tooling suite, ensure that our setup is efficient and provides the right answers to all use cases in channels, customer & performance related areas
  • Ensure the data setup and quality matches stakeholders expectations for taking action and business decisions
  • Build and own the one customer view, aggregating all data sources into one place. Develop plans to enrich it for enabling more use cases for marketing activities
