  • Six Sigma certification and/or Toyota TBP problem solving completion through panel

  • Lead Team Member Relations mid- to large size projects impacting across the company or region
  • Serves as the HR subject matter expert to managers regarding policy and Team Member Relations related topics
  • Conducts investigations of workplace policy violations
  • Implements changes based on proven change-management techniques
  • Applies policies and procedures across organization
  • Interprets both policies and changes to policy
  • Applies compliance knowledge to protect organization
  • Implements solutions within designated area of responsibility
