Responsibilities

  • Design and implement leadership training curriculum & refresh content when needed, i.e., leadership development tracks for junior and mid-level managers as well as assessment program for heads of departments.
  • Monitor and ensure learning effectiveness; real transfer of knowledge to workplace and create business impact through effective communication of programs, processes etc. to all stakeholders and ensuring engagement and buy-in especially of participants and their managers.
  • Spearhead leadership community through an existing blueprint activation / progress leadership driven transformation culture. Specifically, engage with several regional leaders to drive and sustain such leadership community. Further, plan recognition events and activation of business impact use cases for certified leaders. That could be task force assignment or mentoring of others.
  • Consult & support selected leaders / assessment program participants / top talents with individual development goals & follow-up. For example, design/align assessment programs to effectively support career planning, succession planning and role readiness utilizing regional job role and success profile database. Also, focus on digitalizing talent assessment by maximizing use of talent data from assessment programs, creating clear outcomes/development feedback for training participants.
  • Receive strategic goal and success criteria from heads of departments towards leadership development & assessment goals. Then, independently work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute annual business plan.
  • Act and communicate on regional level to gather buy-in, support and define action / tactical goals. Take the lead to introduce leadership & assessment programs into new organizations (Genesis, Hyundai Connected Mobility and Factories in Europe).
  • Implement and communicate process, policies and systems in areas of responsibility and monitor their governance/application.
  • In charge of day-to-day collaboration and cooperation with external partners ensuring a positive experience with brand and control quality of training delivery.
  • Utilize budget effectively to cover cost for relevant activities.
