Responsibilities

  • Administrator of SPE’s Learning Management System (currently Cornerstone) by entering courses, creating deep links, attendance rosters and conducting post session evaluations
  • Reporting usage statistics to the head office team and complying with reporting requests.
  • Coordination of logistics and resources such as liaising with suppliers, arranging workshop materials, booking meeting rooms, catering, and supplies.
  • Budget coordination: administering invoices and liaising with relevant teams to follow up payments and keep track of spending and possible budgetary changes.
  • Coordinating the content for the Learning and Development and Diversity and Inclusion newsletters and adapting communications for different audiences
  • Administering central L&D inbox for EMEA and APAC and responding/redirecting team L&D requests
  • Supporting the EMEA Employee Business Resource Groups to successfully deliver on their key initiatives, such as events, film screenings and development sessions.
  • Supporting with delivering programming for key Diversity and Inclusion months, coordinating communications, organising logistical arrangements, collating key resources.
