Responsibilities

  • Own program management for the design, development, and implementation of management development programs that align with organizational goals and leadership development
  • Annually, build and teach three to four multi-section and multi-module management learning programs based on popular texts that align with our leadership competency
  • Deliver high-quality e-learning courses, workshops, and other training formats that inspire and educate
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments, ensuring learning programs are tailored to meet organizational and employee development needs
  • Manage and execute multiple learning programs for different audiences, ensuring timely delivery and smooth execution
  • Create and develop effective training materials using a variety of media to engage participants
  • Train and coach managers, supervisors, and employees to foster continuous development
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate company-wide employee development and training events
  • Maintain clear and effective communication within the organization to ensure awareness and participation in development programs
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn Learning to enhance ongoing development initiatives and ensure programs are aligned with modern learning trends
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives by analyzing outcomes and making data-driven improvements
