A Bachelor's degree in education, Curriculum Development, Human Resources, or a related discipline is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience as a Learning Advisor, Curriculum Developer, or Instructional Designer.

While not mandatory, knowledge of the travel industry is desirable for this role.
What instructional design frameworks should candidates be familiar with?
Candidates should have solid knowledge of instructional design frameworks, particularly ADDIE, and training evaluation methods to measure and report on learning outcomes.
What tools and software should I be proficient in for this role?
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise, as well as video editing software, is required. Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to develop and deliver training content is also necessary.

What is the salary range for this position?
The total cash range for this position in Vancouver is $64,000.00 to $89,500.00, with the potential to increase up to $102,500.00 based on ongoing performance in the role.
