Responsibilities

  • Explore and collaborate with key stakeholders and colleagues to facilitate the diagnosis of learning needs and defining of correct learning outcomes before solution design commences.
  • Regularly maintain and update blended and digital learning resources while delivering and facilitating learning in both face-to-face and virtual settings.
  • Advocate the best learning practices and provide subject matter expertise in digital and blended learning content and design to the Learning Network and to the wider organisation to maximise use of technology and collaboration tools.
  • Partner with external specialists to deliver projects and learning solutions as per team priorities.
  • Continuously review external best practices and introduce innovative ideas and strategies to ensure our learning provision remains future-focused and consistently improves.
