  • Working with institutional grade industrial assets, preparing cash flows, assisting with presentations, client reporting, submissions, and information memorandums across a broad range of leasing transactions
  • Analysing economic and property trends to assist with presentations
  • Performing a broad range of project related tasks, tracking market transactions, investment advisory, due diligence research, development, and market consultancy
  • Co-ordinating the brokerage team & participating in client meetings and inspections
  • Manage and maintain up-to-date client contact database and enquiries on properties on various CBRE specific programs
  • Assist in organisation of contractors (signage, flyers etc.), maintain internet listings & marketing invoices, lodging trust deposits and releases
