What are the working conditions for this position?
This is a hybrid position that requires regular attendance at the Norfolk, VA office for 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining 2 days.

You will manage employee leave programs including FMLA, state family leave, disability, parental leave, and other relevant state or local leave programs.
What qualifications are required for this role?
The role requires at least 3 years of experience in leave administration or a related HR position, knowledge of leave laws and regulations, and familiarity with FMLA and multi-state Paid Family Leave.
