Requirements

  • 2+ years of post-qualified experience working within the legal industry, preferably in an internationally recognized law firm or an established web3 company.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the General Counsel and the Associate General Counsel.
  • Interfacing with members of the Finance, Business Development, Operations, Engineering, Product and other internal teams, and assisting with legal inquiries.
  • Assessing and providing legal input on product developments from a compliance and regulatory standpoint.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of contracts and agreements.
  • Conducting legal research and collaborating with local counsel on region-specific legal issues.
  • Supporting the legal team in governance related matters, including legal assessments and reviews in this relation.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of internal legal policies and procedures.
