Responsibilities

  • provide commercially minded legal, compliance and governance support on a variety of matters
  • be responsible for drafting, negotiating and advising on B2B contracts
  • support the creation of legal processes, contracting templates and legal guidance notes for the business.
  • advise on a broad range of commercial contracts (including supply, distribution, selective distribution, sponsorship, leasing, etc), marketing issues (including advertising and promotions in both the business and consumer areas), competition law issues, data privacy, litigation/dispute management, intellectual property, anti-bribery and corruption, corporate compliance, governance and others as required from time to time.
  • provide training to the business as required e.g. competition law.
  • work with EMEA Legal Team colleagues and participate in EMEA Legal working groups and projects.
  • review and assess risk/legal implications of relevant company strategies and activities, making recommendations for change, as required.
