Responsibilities

  • This role will be predominantly based at the Head Office in Poole, with occasional travel to our London offices.
  • Your role will predominantly focus on marketing, but you will also pick up commercial work for the relevant teams.
  • You will support our teams by advising them on campaign compliance, marketing copy, prize promotions, direct marketing, consumer law, CAP Codes compliance, and supervision, review, and approval of global brand licensing partnerships.
  • Strong commercial acumen across various advertising matters and be comfortable taking commercial decisions and working closely with senior sales, marketing and creative leads.
  • You must be capable of reviewing, negotiating and drafting the following types of contracts: creative services and PR agency agreements, influencer and talent agreements, sponsorship contracts, IP licence agreements, and collaboration deals.
  • You will be expected to deliver regular training sessions to the business and have a genuine interest in developing legal knowledge within the business.
